The surge of the Selfie has diminished our stocks of young community minded leaders… while the lack of active positive role models with the time to mentor possible leaders has weakened our young leader’s ability to influence their peers…

 

Our “Leadership Evaluation And Development” Coaching Program aims to:

• Evaluate the common needs of the team or group

• Identify everyone’s starting point and individuals strengths and weakness

• Strengthen the positive influence of each leader, their teamwork with management and the overall success of the team or group

• Reinforce the values and vision of the organisation

 

Each Program is designed to:

• Develop a more thankful outlook on life so as to become a more positive projector in life

• Help each student know themselves better so they can positively lead themselves first.

• Upgrade their knowledge of the different personality traits, likes and dislikes

• Strengthen one’s ability to be a more effective communicator.

• Learn how to establish the “Why’s” before working out the What’s

  

We have found that the most effective way to do this is to work in a consultative manner with the Team and their management. Then tailor a series of coaching sessions specific to their requirements, level of understanding, time available and desired outcomes.

 

Each program delivery consists of:

·        Free Initial Design Consultation

·        Evaluation Interviews

·        2 x 2hr Foundation Coaching Sessions (24hrs apart)

·        1 x 2hr follow-up Transformation Session

·        Ongoing season support for Team management

 

Program upgrades can include:

·        Additional Coaching sessions when required

·        One on One Coaching sessions for key personnel

·        Marae stay or overnight Camp

 

Program Costs:

·        Can vary between $450 and $850 per program

·        Allows for Coaching time, program resources and travelling costs

·        Final quote supplied after free initial design consultation
