Leadership Evaluation And Development

(L.E.A.D Program)

College Yr9,10 & 12, Yr7, Yr5, College Sports, Junior Sport, Maori and Pacifica Students

Haylee Rudolph is a vibrant young Maori  that had more reasons than most not to succeed,                                           dysfunctional family and a brother that left teachers cringing at the surname before she got to                                     Edgewater College.

She is the epitome of “You don’t have to let your past dictate your future”.

Haylee graduated from our Maori LEAD program as a yr11 Student, and went on to be the                                                 female leader that returned our Kapahaka Roopu back to division one at Polyfest 2014.

She has successfully enhanced her free & friendly spirit by being prepared to work hard for her desired goals while her passion for people ensured others around her share in her success.

Haylee was recently part of a Youth Advisory team to our District Police regarding “Reduce Youth Crime” in our area.

“I am so glad Coach helped me to focus on being Thankful and Honour my gifts… I try to bless others with a thankful caring spirit”.

Congratulations Haylee for obtaining a scholarship into “Community Nursing Program” and for being a great example to others of what can happen when you are positive & caring, hungry to learn, keen to contribute and be the difference.
